Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods:
We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order is processed and has left our warehouse.
Address Accuracy:

Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Lost Packages:
If a package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier. We are not liable for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
